Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, evidence based therapy for PTSD and trauma. Over 20 randomised controlled studies have found EMDR to be effective in reducing or eliminating PTSD symptoms.

EMDR is a widely recognised as a first class trauma therapy for PTSD by organisations such as the Australian Psychological Society, the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies and the World Health Organisation.

EMDR has also shown to be effective in treating a range of other mental health issues such as: Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Phobias, Eating Disorders and Addictions and Grief.
